MG FacilityCare grew out of a simple observation: the same spaces that need a trusted construction partner also need someone reliable to handle the week-to-week upkeep in between. So we built a program to do both, with the same compliance standards we already bring to every job site.
What's included, every week
MG FacilityCare pairs a weekly clean with a standing allowance of light maintenance labour. Ensuring small fixes stop piling up and stop costing extra every time.
Weekly Cleaning
- One scheduled visit every week, on a route and calendar we control
- Medical-grade, IPAC-aligned protocols for regulated spaces
- Health Canada DIN-registered disinfectants on high-touch surfaces
- Washrooms, floors, reception, common and clinical (non-sterile) areas
- Trash removal and staff room cleaning
- A written service log left on-site after every visit
Delivered by a vetted partner, fully controlled by MG's schedule and standards.

- Door hardware, hinges, closers and weatherstripping fixes
- Drywall patch and minor repair
- Minor touch-up paint in your existing colour

Delivered directly by MG Building's own crew — every visit. Labour is always free; you only ever pay for materials.
Materials stay simple too: supply your own at no markup, or let MG source them for a small handling fee. Either way, you approve the cost before anything is purchased.
Bigger jobs such as: electrical, plumbing, structural work and full renovations. Are simply quoted separately by MG's construction team, the same people already on-site every week.

What exactly is included in the maintenance allowance?

Every plan includes a set number of maintenance labour hours each month, performed by MG Building's own crew during or around the weekly visit. That covers small, fast fixes — ceiling tiles, door hardware, drywall patches, touch-up paint, caulking, millwork adjustments and wall mounting. Anything needing a permit or a licensed sub-trade is quoted separately.
Who pays for materials?

Labour for included maintenance is free as part of your monthly plan. Materials are your cost, and you choose how they're sourced: supply them yourself at no markup, or have MG source them for a small handling fee. Either way we disclose the cost and get your written approval before anything is bought.
Who actually comes into my space?

Weekly cleaning is delivered by a vetted cleaning partner working entirely to MG's schedule, procedures and screening requirements. The maintenance work is done by MG Building's own employees. MG remains your single point of contact for both.
Is the cleaning suitable for a regulated clinical space?

Yes. Cleaning procedures are specified by MG and contractually binding on our partner, including IPAC-aligned protocols for dental, medical, veterinary and pharmacy spaces, and Health Canada DIN-registered disinfectants for patient-contact and high-touch surfaces. A written service log is left after every visit to support your compliance records.
Can I get more than one visit a week?

Yes. Weekly service is the standard plan, and higher-traffic facilities can add frequency at additional cost. We'll size it during the walkthrough.
What if I need a bigger job done?

Renovations, fit-outs, electrical, plumbing and structural work fall outside the plan and are quoted separately by MG's construction team — the same people already on-site every week.
